Planning:
Initial meeting to discuss your wishes, ideas and inspiration
Expenditure planning – taking your budget and allocating it to certain areas
Venue and all other suppliers searching and booking . For each, several options, based on your criteria, will be offered to you to facilitate your choice.
Booking of all supplier appointments – appointments will be made at a time suited to you
Suppliers and Guests management:
Wedding administration both with regards to suppliers (proofreading contracts, reminder of due dates, etc.) and guests (RSVP, dietary requirements, planning of the surprises with you loved ones, etc.)
Regular meetings with you:
This is YOUR wedding ! I will keep you informed of the progress and answer questions during regular face to face or video calls until the big day.
I can be reached if necessary by email and phone and will make sure to give you a response as soon as possible.
Wedding day:
I will coordinate the day, with a second person if necessary, and make sure everything runs smoothly so you will only have your happiness to think of!
Full wedding planning service by Moments starts from 3 600€, depending on the requirements for your day.

Partial wedding planning
The partial wedding planning service is suitable for couples who have already began the planning process and looking for guidance until the big day
You have already found the perfect location, maybe the caterer and now need help to select other suppliers, with the remaining of the wedding planning and communication of all necessary informations to ensure a smooth day, etc.
This service is very similar to full planning, Moments just steps in at a later stage of the process.

Planning:
Initial meeting to discuss what has been planned so far.
Expenditure planning – taking your budget and allocating it to certain areas
Missing suppliers searching and booking (entertainment, hair and make-up artists, etc.). For each, several options, based on your criteria, will be offered to you to facilitate your choice.
Booking of all supplier appointments – appointments will be made at a time suited to you
Suppliers and Guests management:
Visit of your venue in order to determine technical and logistical needs
Assistance with wedding administration both with regards to suppliers (proofreading contracts, reminder of due dates, etc.) and guests (RSVP, dietary requirements, planning of the surprises with you loved ones, etc.)
Communication with all suppliers (including the ones you already booked).

If, for example, you only booked a location, price to be expected is from 3 000€, depending on the requirements for your day.

D-Day Coordination
You have decided to plan your wedding in Centre Val de Loire region, or anywhere in France and need a coordinator to make sure everything runs smoothly on the big day?
When you will be busy with hair styling while discussing with your bridesmaids of groomsmen and sipping on Champagne, you certainely are not going to want to worry about the suppliers set-up at your venue.
Moments takes over and ensure you have a stress-free day!
Planning:
About 3 months before D Day, initial meeting to discuss what has been planned
Visit of your venue
Contact with all of your suppliers, to introduce me and make sure they have my contact details in case they need anything before arriving on site.
Schedule of the day including suppliers arrival times.
Wedding day:
Presence on site from 9am to the beginning of the meal (+/- 8pm). If necessary, a second person can be here to assist.
Make sure everything has arrived at the venue to your exact requirements.
Greeting the officiant and guests
Checking the entrance procession down to the smallest details (placement, bouquets, buttons properly attached, laces tied correctly, etc.).
I am the contact person to call for any question from guests or suppliers
And, most important, I am there for both of you and make sure you have the brightest day!
The cost of On the day management service by Moments is from 1 600 €, depending on the requirements of your day.
