D-Day Coordination
You have decided to plan your wedding in Centre Val de Loire region, or anywhere in France and need a coordinator to make sure everything runs smoothly on the big day?
When you will be busy with hair styling while discussing with your bridesmaids of groomsmen and sipping on Champagne, you certainely are not going to want to worry about the suppliers set-up at your venue.
Moments takes over and ensures you have a stress-free day!

Planning:
About 3 months before D Day, initial meeting to discuss what has been planned
Visit of your venue
Contact with all of your suppliers, to introduce me and make sure they have my contact details in case they need anything before arriving on site.
Schedule of the day including suppliers arrival times.
Wedding day:
Presence on site from 9am to the beginning of the meal (+/- 9pm). If necessary, a second person can be here to assist.
Make sure everything has arrived at the venue to your exact requirements.
Greeting the officiant and guests
Checking the entrance procession down to the smallest details (placement, bouquets, buttons properly attached, laces tied correctly, etc.).
I am the contact person to call for any question from guests or suppliers
And, most important, I am there for both of you and make sure you have the brightest day!
Options
THE REHEARSAL DINNER
I am present from 3 p.m. until dinner (8 p.m.) to ensure the installation of the equipment, the coordination of the service providers and the civil ceremony, the supervision and reception of your guests, etc.
Option if needed : presence of a wedding planner assistant.
THE WEDDING PARTY
I am present from the start of dinner (+/- 9 p.m.) until dessert or the opening of the ball (midnight) to ensure the coordination of service providers and guests, the smooth running of the schedules set together, manage interventions, surprises, entertainment and key moments.
A meal service is to be provided.
THE NEXT DAY'S BRUNCH
I am present from 9 a.m. until the brunch starts (1 p.m.) to coordinate service providers, set up equipment, supervise and welcome your guests, etc.
Option if needed : presence of a wedding planner assistant.
