Planning:

Initial meeting to discuss what has been planned so far.

Expenditure planning – taking your budget and allocating it to certain areas

Missing suppliers searching and booking (entertainment, hair and make-up artists, etc.). For each, several options, based on your criteria, will be  offered to you to facilitate your choice.

Booking of all supplier appointments – appointments will be made at a time suited to you

Suppliers and Guests management:

Visit of your venue in order to determine technical and logistical needs

Assistance with wedding administration both with regards to suppliers (proofreading contracts, reminder of due dates, etc.) and guests (RSVP, dietary requirements, planning of the surprises with you loved ones, etc.)

Communication with all suppliers (including the ones you already booked).

Regular meetings with you:

This is YOUR wedding ! I will keep you informed of the progress and answer questions during regular face to face or video calls until the big day. 

I can be reached if necessary by email and telephone and will make sure to give you a response as soon as possible.

 

Wedding day:

I will coordinate the day from 9am until dinner starts, with a second person if necessary, and make sure everything runs smoothly so you will only have your happiness to think of!​​
